We achieved more than 30 million of website visits in six weeks. The contest received 5.5 million votes for the families who entered. Families took more than 11 thousand photos and more than 5,000 seconds of video. Most of the families said that they had visited Dubai before but they never knew everything that Dubai had to offer for families. We achieved a Return on Investment (ROI) of 443%.
The portal has more than 3,000 pages, not organized, making it hard to find something. There was no thought put into user experience and no responsive design.
